There is currently a proposal to provide $120,000 to redevelop the storage and servery facilities at Jubilee Reserve. With the club continuing to explode with numbers, this funding would be MASSIVE in helping us ensure we have the space and capacity to facilitate our ongoing growth.

BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP.

The council has told us that the more responses we get, the more impactful it will be. So we need as many people to go to fill in the form. We will pass on all responses to council, meaning every response will impact the likelihood of the proposed funding.

RESPONSES MUST BE IN BY 3PM WEDNESDAY, so please do it ASAP!

The form is relatively straightforward and should take 2-5 minutes to fill out. The main part of the form is the final box which asks "why is this important to you?"

We have tried to make the process as easy as possible, and have highlighted the following points that you are welcome to express in your own words;

1. The club does not have enough storage space.
   Our club has more than quadrupled in size over the last three years. We now have over 120 players of all ages. However, we are still operating out of the same space we had when we only had 40 players.

2. Better facilities will help us be self-sustainable.
   We lack functional kitchen spaces, which limits our clubs ability to provide a source of income via the canteen.

3. We use the space more than anyone.
   We compete for canteen and storage spaces with other stakeholders, however we are the only club that uses the space multiple times per week on a year round basis. We must have a voice and a say in terms of what happens with the facilities at Jubilee Reserve. Nobody uses the space more than us.

4. Female only.
   Our club has an amazing sense of community, built around a passion for female soccer. Investing in this growing community will help it continue to flourish. It's so important to invest in women's sports.

5. This is only a small step towards the facilities that are needed.
   While the redevelopment of the kitchen and storage would be amazing, it will not be enough. We need significant redevelopment of community infrastructure at Jubilee Reserve (club rooms etc).
