RPE/INJURY REPORTING

Hi all,

One thing we are looking to bring in this session is Relative Perceived Exertion (RPE).
RPE is our way of monitoring and managing the workload of players.
At the end of each training session, we ask you to record your RPE.
Your RPE is what you percieved your exertion to be in the session.
So if the session was a leisurely stroll with no real exertion, you would score it a 1.
If it was a session where you were completely and utterly exhausted and pushed to your absolute capacity, it would be a 10.
You can score it anywhere between 1-10.

We will monitor the RPE’s to ensure that our training sessions are appropriate in their level of intensity.

Further, there is an avenue here to report on any injuries. Please fill in this form if injuries arise so we can be aware of them.
If they are not recorded here, we will assume players are capable of maximum effort without restriction.
